Mr. Tooley is currently a principal of the Petrovest Group. He has been actively
involved in the financing and administration of petroleum and mining projects for
the last 18 years. Mr. Tooley is President of a private holding company. From 1995
to 2005, he was Vice President and Director of Fairstar Explorations Inc., a public
mining exploration company. From 1992 through 2001, he was a Director of Courage
Energy Inc., a public oil and natural gas company.
