Mr. Seaman is Chairman of the Board and a founder of Bow Valley Energy
Ltd. From 1992 to present, he has been Chairman and President of Dox Investments
Inc., a private holding company. From 1949 through 1992, he was Chairman,
Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bow Valley Industries Ltd. and its
predecessor companies which he co-founded. Mr. Seaman is also a director
of Far West Mining Ltd. and Pure Technologies Ltd. Mr. Seaman is an Officer
of the Order of Canada. |
